Job Description We are seeking a software developer with experience working with PHP and MySQL to join our client's team. Accountabilities include the development and integration of retail business applications including web sites, 3rd-party software, custom user interfaces, and order fulfillment processes in an integrated product environment. The ideal candidate has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within software development. He/She will participate in the design of the system and work within pre-established development guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Develop high quality code for Retail Software including web sites, integration to 3rd-party software, custom user interfaces, and order fulfillment processes in an integrated product environment, resolving defects as they arise. Configure custom elements of our client's back office. Submit appropriate database requests. Participate in the testing process through initial testing, test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software. Research problems and develops solutions to the problems. Work closely with client implementation team to understand requirements, system specification, and design.  3+ years of experience in a team development environment  Bachelor's Degree in Technology Field or equivalent experience  Knowledge of how components of an application connect to create a comprehensive solution  Experience with Retail Software Applications a plus Technical Required  PHP 5.x  MySQL 5.x  HTML  XML  Javascript  SQL Technical Desired  Perl  SOAP  XSLT   Please describe the job you are offering.
