If you want to be the resident LAMP expert at a fast-growing web services company, we would love to hear from you.
You will:
Become the person responsible for maintaining our good reputation for server uptime and fast network response. You will work with our trusted provider, Rackspace, and the rest of the team here to learn our current architecture and become a key contributor to designing and implementing our technical plan for growth. You'll also share responsibility for the companies application, the API, our internal systems, and anything else we happen to be working on at the time.
We need you to have:
· Proven Linux server, firewall, load balancer and network deployment and maintenance experience
· Experience administering MySQL databases
· Deep knowledge of Apache
· Strong skills with at least one dynamic programming language
· Demonstrated proficiency communicating with users and fellow developers
· Attention to detail, and a real passion for networking and server administration
We hope you have:
